Our small works division offers a fast response time to active repair and maintenance contracts, which range from securing of properties to internal refurbishments. Our works division caters for all required trades and we offer within our small works division all mechanical, plumbing and electrical works.

Within this core part of the business, we also complete extension projects which range up to £250,000 in value. We cater for all of our client’s needs, offering a fully comprehensive service, fulfilling all necessary project requirements with ease.
