Bailey Construction is delighted to announce the successful completion of two projects at Repton School, Derbyshire.
The Grubber involved the comprehensive remodeling of existing space to deliver three high-quality classrooms alongside a suite of ancillary meeting rooms. The works included extensive internal reconfiguration and significant structural alterations, modernising the building and ensuring it is fully equipped to meet future educational needs.
JCR Pears comprised the reconfiguration of facilities within the historic Pears Building to create a vibrant new student cafe and social hub. Our team carried out substantial internal alterations and structural adaptations, transforming the space into a welcoming, contemporary environment designed to encourage student interaction and informal learning.
Both projects were delivered on time and within budget. We extend our thanks to everyone involved in achieving two outstanding, high-quality outcomes for Repton School.
