Design & Construction of 18 light industrial units

The design and construction of 18 light industrial/warehouse units over 4 blocks have been completed. The project encompassed various essential tasks, such as external site works comprising hard standings, landscaping, car parking, and drainage. These activities were carried out in conjunction with the provision of utilities to the development, as well as other tasks outlined in the provided information.
Furthermore, comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installations were executed in the office mezzanine areas and stair cores. These installations encompassed ventilation, comfort cooling, lifting systems, fire alarm setups, emergency lighting, and Low Voltage (LV) installations. Moreover, the project entailed the installation of hot and cold water distribution systems to the toilets.PV installed and all units fitted out ready to use.

Noteworthy is the inclusion of a state-of-the-art 8-person passenger lift in Unit 14, adding to the project’s comprehensive scope and enhancing the overall functionality of the facility.
