2 apartments for Physical Disabilities and 12 apartments for Learning Disabilities, all the apartments were completely finished including all white goods ready for occupation.
The design incorporated overnight living areas and staff office for 24hr care, specialist alarms and intercoms were installed including fully monitored CCTV for security and safety.
