The construction of a 3-storey building containing 24 apartments in association with Nottingham City Homes. The project included associated parking, landscaping, and external paved areas. The site was originally a brownfield site and awarded on a design and build contract, works started in March 2019 and formerly completed in June 2020.

Bailey construction delivered the scheme complete with a fully secured security system, main fed sprinkler system, internal finishes, stainless steel glass Balustrade, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. All apartments were fully fitted out including carpets and window blinds and finished to a high standard.
