The construction of a 3 storey building containing 24 apartments, in association with Nottingham City Homes, the project also included associated parking, landscaping and external paved areas. The site was originally a brownfield site and awarded on a design and build contract. the project was started in March 2019 and formerly completed in June 2020.

Bailey construction delivered the scheme complete with fully secured security system and a mains fed sprinkler system all internal finish’s were completed to a very high standard including stainless steel and glass Balustrades fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. All apartments were fully fitted out including carpets and window blinds.
