Construction of 2 Industrial Units.
The project comprised the design and construction of two new Industrial Units for McGowan Investments with a ground floor area of 562sqm, together with 157.5 sqm first floor.
The units were of a structural steelwork frame with traditional brickwork and metal cladding to the elevations and roof material.
The internal works included office and break out spaces with w/c’s showers and kitchenettes, full fit out of finishes to walls, floors, and ceilings.
External works covered the access roads, service yard, drainage, landscaping and all services and service connection with the following parking:
- 18 car parking bays
- 10 cycle spaces
- 2 disabled bays
- No electric charging bays
