Extension & Refurbishment
The works consisted of a curved large extension, another square extension, infill of a small recess and refurbishment of a nursery along with the external works, drainage and playground reinstatement.
The works were completed on time and within budget alongside the additional works of the kitchen refurbishment to the schools.
All end of defects works were completed on time and within the agreed timescale, of which there were minimal items to complete.
