High End Leisure Facility
The project involved converting a former office and commercial building into a high end leisure facility at the prestigious JCB Golf Club in Uttoxeter Staffordshire for our repeat client JCB. The works involved improvements to the building envelope including new windows, masonry/cladding repairs. Internally we carried out a high end specification fit out which included a gymnasium, changing facilities, bar area and commercial kitchen.
Externally we carried out improvements to the existing car park, paving/footpath works and enhanced the soft landscaping. The project was carried out to a tight programme on a live site was ready for the prestigious European Seniors Tour event held in July 2022. The project had to be carefully managed as we were working around a busy live golf course which was in use by the members and also where regular large corporate and sporting events were being held.
