Joules HQ, Market Harborough

Joules, Market Harborough

The design and construction of new office accommodation for the new headquarters of Joules Ltd.

The project was carried out in multiple phases in accordance with working in and around a live occupied office environment.

The project comprised the demolition of part of the existing building and new extension to give a minimum total ground floor area of 3,000 m2, together with 2,647 m2 first floor, and 713 m2 second floor mezzanine giving a total 6,361 m2 gross internal area, 2,000 m2 of which is within the existing structure.

In the vibrant new office area, our team embarked on a journey of innovation and craftsmanship, skillfully installing a robust structural steel work frame, embracing a variety of envelope facade and roof materials, meticulously crafted a main multiple stair core, architectural stairs, and balustrade. The transformation continued with a flawless fit-out, where every inch of the walls, floors, and ceilings received conscientious attention. The final touch was the installation of fixed furniture and cutting-edge equipment, creating a seamless blend of functionality and style.

Additionally, we installed a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and strategically placed wall-mounted joinery.

The result? A dynamic, contemporary workspace that exudes energy and productivity.
