The project comprises the construction of 1 no. 4-storey ‘Spa Villa’ apartment block which we took over at 1^st floor stage when the previous contractor went into administration. Six apartments on each floor with associated external works and infrastructure. The works lie within the Matlock Spa Gateway Site .

The works also involved the apartment fit out and stair cores. This includes, but not limited to the plasterboard wall formation, fire stopping, joinery works, decoration, ceiling, and flooring works.
