Design & Construction of 1 four-storey Spa Villa
The project comprises the construction of 1 no. 4-storey ‘Spa Villa’ apartment block which we took over at 1st floor stage when the previous contractor went into administration. Six apartments on each floor with associated external works and infrastructure. The works lie within the Matlock Spa Gateway Site .
The works also involved the apartment fit out and stair cores. This includes, but not limited to the plasterboard wall formation, fire stopping, joinery works, decoration, ceiling, and flooring works.
M&E installation to all areas and stair cores, ventilation, heating, fire alarm, emergency lighting and LV installations. Also included is the hot and cold-water distribution to the toilets and 8-person passenger lift.
All apartments were completely fitted out to a very high specification, fully fitted kitchens bathrooms and en-suits including the latest air source heat pump technology.
