With our expertise we provided a fixed priced contract based on the planning drawings and clients scope, to which we then organised the complete package including the working drawing and structural engineer development.
All the works were completed by Bailey Constructions directly employed staff to allow good control on programming and the quality of workmanship.
Our Specialist Subcontractors designed and installed the Piling; Precast Flooring and Electrical Works.
The site had lain undeveloped for years due to the location and challenging site conditions therefore we are proud to have revitalised the area and provide the Client with much needed Social Housing.
