New Two Storey School & Administration Building at School in Lincolnshire for children with autism.

New Two Storey School & Administration Building at a School in Lincolnshire for children with Autism. The works consisted of the erection of a new building with first floor and ground floor link extensions to the existing teaching block. This included new classrooms, wc’s, sensory rooms (autism/special needs) and offices. The contract also included the provision of an additional car parking area.

This Autism School specialises in learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. There were specialist alterations requested by the client for additional toilets, sensory room and additional comfort cooling during the contract. The extension to this school incorporated a number of design features including stone curtain walling and zinc roof. The project was completed on time and within budget. Completed 2018.
