Net Carbon Zero refurbishment of existing 40sqft industrial unit and offices

This transformational project not only earned the site an impressive A+ Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating but also achieved net carbon zero status, underscoring our commitment to environmental responsibility.

The refurbishment encompasses a multitude of enhancements, including a brand-new picnic area and cycle store, equipped with electric vehicle chargers to promote Eco-friendly commuting options. The site now features new bollards and fencing, alongside a welcoming entrance adorned with illuminated signage, creating a secure and inviting environment. Our efforts extended to the very fabric of the unit, with a new roof and the installation of cutting edge photovoltaic (PV) panels, harnessing solar energy for sustainable power generation.

 

Inside, the office spaces have been meticulously redesigned, boasting feature ceilings, partitions, and a complete mechanical and electrical fit-out, fostering a modern and collaborative work atmosphere.

Additionally, the warehouse area (3,628sqm) received a makeover, with resilient resin flooring ensuring durability and safety, complemented by a captivating mural wall that adds a touch of creativity and inspiration to the industrial space.This refurbishment represents our unwavering dedication to creating eco-conscious, functional, and aesthetically pleasing workspace for a brighter, greener future.
