Refurbishment and enabling works for New Macmillan unit at the Arden Centre, Walsgrave Hospital. Works included new reception area, new toilets, new canopy with glazed facade, reconfiguration of rooms on 3rd floor and external works.
Bailey also undertook sensitive refurbishment including all walls, ceilings, flooring, M&E and FF&E. All works were undertaken whilst maintaining hospital services which required excellent communications from our team on site.
Walsgrave Hospital has undergone a name change and is now known as University Hospital, Coventry
